Understanding and Research on Simulation Research methods. The aim of this paper is to give a general view of the diverse research methods currently
deployed in the field of architecture and design. In addition, we have identified a particular research method - Simulation Research - for discussion, with explanations being drawn from literature and selected research work of architecture internationally and locally or regionally. We have also included examples from research and practice to better illustrate some of our points of discussion.
