Thesis Proposal Defence
The thesis proposal defence defines the research priorities and focus of the thesis. The expected outcomes include a self-formulated design brief for the proposed architectural thesis in response to critical analysis and research.
Project 2
Design Thesis Exploration
Once the design problem and research questions have been understood and explained, to make decisions on the focus and direction of the projects. Exploration and testing via drawings and models will move into a more defined situation. To communicate the intellectual approach, the analysis of site context and the programmatic exploration of the proposed design thesis at this stage.
Project 3
Design Proposal
To develop the design to the level of a suitable architectural exploration that focuses on the previously communicated research questions. The focus is on creativity and appropriateness of the design in terms of its response to cultural context and function that is relevant for the proposition
of thesis.
