Project 1
Analyzing Architecture - The Journey of the 5 Senses
Spatial organization is the key consideration for architects in architecture design. The study and exploration of different spatial organization methods is important in design because it informs human occupation, behavior, and experience within architectural spaces. In group of 5, we are to select one precedents for analysis. Our chosen building was The Cliffs of Moher which is located in Ireland. The precedent study should provide the following analysis:

Reflection
According to the analysis of precedent, we able to conclude the manner in which function, spatial experiences and use are designed and articulated. The building has various of poetic spaces which allow visitor to experience the Ireland culture, people and history, as well as reflect the site itself. In conclusion, we did presentation boards according to the VIC'S function, spatial typologies, spatial poetics, and plan-section relationship. Besides that, models are made according to each spaces located in the VIC.
Project 2
Genius Loci: Visitor Interpretative Centre (VIC)
An Interpretative Centre sited in Sekinchan, emphasize on the relationship to the site, spatial experiences and programmatic requirements. The Interpretative Centre will serve two purposes
: provide physical point of reference with visual significance that keeps alive the culture/history/memory/essence of the site
: provide accommodation to house and display relevant material and interpretive material for public access and information.

Reflection
In this project, I able to design of a small scale community building which response to the site (site topography, history and socio-cultural events), functional program and users experiences. At the start of this project, we are given a place to visit which is Sekinchan and conclude our analysis on the specific site. It is an advantage for us before proceed to our individual assignment which is the VIC. This site visit able to give us our first impression and also experience the site activities, history, daily life, culture and so on. It is quite a challenging task to produce digital presentation boards for our final submission as it was my first attempt to complete it. The outcome was successful which motivates me to do better.
